New details emerge regarding Sean Higgins blood alcohol level from the night he killed the Gaudreau brothers

New devastating details have emerged on Friday regarding the accident that took the lives of both Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau on August 29th.
This new information has been released form the hearing for the 43-year old New Jersey Native, Sean Higgins, who is still being held in jail after being charged with two counts of vehicular homicide, followed with several traffic charges.
31-year old Johnny Gaudreau and his little brother 29-year old Matthew Gaudreau, were biking home from their sisters wedding rehearsal, as they were struck and killed by drunk driver, Sean Higgins.
A recent report this morning from The Columbus Dispatch has surfaced that provides new details regarding Sean Higgins court hearing. It was revealed to the public that Higgins blood alcohol level, which was obtained by a blood draw, was 0.087, over the legal limit of 0.08.
Ultimately, Higgins was hoping to be released today, but after these new details have emerged, and Higgins even admitting to having drank "five or six beers" before the August 29th crash. The Judge has denied him bail and remanded him into custody until October 15th.
