Bruins Prospect facing 4th Suspension of the Season
The Bruins took defenseman Jackson Edwards in the 7th round of the 2022 draft.
Jackson Edward is playing in the OHL for the London Knights.
The Bruins young prospect has been suspended 3 times already and is now facing his 4th suspension.
On Saturday, Jackson Edward took a hit from behind and decided to take matters into his own hands by attacking the opposing player.
Bruins prospect Jackson Edward, No. 92 in green, is assessed yet another misconduct in the OHL after taking this hit from Misaljevic, getting back up, dropping the gloves and just teeing off on him with punches. Would be surprised if he's not disciplined (again). #NHLBruins FYI the misconduct came after this hit when Edward lost his mind on the officials. There's not really much footage of that, but this hit is what set it all in motion.
The referees jumped in before he can do any real damage to his opponent but this frustrated him even more causing him to snap on the referees as well.
Being as this is his 4th offense of the season, he is likely to have a big suspension.
