After a long and hard-fought season and playoffs, both Ryan Lindgren and Jonny Brodzinski have joined another new league to fulfill their want to play hockey during the summer.

The league is called Da Beauty League, and it was created in the state of Minnesota where both Rangers defensemen were born and grew up in.
It's a four-on-four Hockey League that has seen an increase of interest from NHL players, NHL prospects and other players throughout North America as they wish to play their game that they love even though the NHL season is in hiatus.
According to former NHLer Mark Parrish, this league was created by two former NHL players Ben Hankinson and Chris McAlpine.

"Those two guys started it a few years ago," says Parrish, a pal of mine when he played for the Islanders. "It's not just guys from the NHL, it includes some of the top NHL prospects."

"It's tons of fun," adds Parrish, "especially for coaches like me."
This could be a great way for players to stay in shape aside going to the gym an it keeps their game legs ready as NHL's training camp is set to begin in mid-September.
