Matt Rempe proves he's ready for the 2024-25 season after issuing latest statement
New York Rangers enforcer Matt Rempe has made it clear that he intends to improve his fighting skills, but he also wants to do more than just that.
Matt Rempe who stands at about 6'7», wants to use his size to his advantage this upcoming season and become a player who won't be pushed around.
According to Greg Wyshynski of ESPN Matt Rempe stated the following:
"Just be hard to play against. Mean. Bring an edge. Have a great net-front presence. Make sure the other team always knows that, hey, they're going to have to deal with me every night," Rempe said via Greg Wyshynski of ESPN.
The 21-year old may not be the most impressive player on the ice as of right now, but he certainly has the potential to use his physical attributes to his advantage.
This summer Rempe has been training with Rangers veteran, Chris Kreider to do just that, and improve offensively.
