Tragic news strikes former New York Rangers forward earlier this morning.

Some unfortunate news has been shared on social media regarding former Rangers forward, Vladimir Tarasenko's father has passed away at the young age of 56-years old.
Andrei Tarasenko was a well known players in Russia, as he competed for Russia in the 1994 Olympics and also won the scoring title while playing in the Russian SuperLeague.�
Our deepest condolences go out to the Tarasenko family as they navigate through this difficult time.
