Hurricanes star reveals serious injuries he's been suffering through
Carolina Hurricanes 22-year old winger Seth Jarvis has just shared some struggles he's been dealing with all year, after being eliminated by the New York Rangers.
It's crazy how tough hockey players truly are, through all the gruesome injuries they put up with for the slim chance to engrave their names in the Stanley Cup
Earlier today, Seth Jarvis revealed the some of the injuries he's been struggling with all year.
Seth Jarvis revealed that he played most of this season with a torn labrum and rotator cuff, then suffered a broken finger in the playoffs.
Even with those injuries, he still went on to score 33 goals during the regular season and led the team with five more in the postseason. Not bad.
Why play through instead of taking the time to heal up?
"I'll do whatever I need to to get out there. I didn't want to miss an opportunity with this kind of group."
Jarvis still had an outstanding season despite all the injuries scoring 33 goals and 67 points throughout 81 games.
