New York Rangers star forward Mika Zibanejad leaves mid-game for unknown reasons
Scary scenes emerge from the Madison Square Garden as reports have surfaced stating New York Rangers rstar Mika Zibanejad left the ice for an unknown reason.
According to several sources, Mika Zibanejad had left the ice at the beginning on the second period as the Rangers face off against the Winnipeg Jets.

Looked like Mika Zibanejad was about to take a faceoff, then he was hunched over in pain and the trainer came out on the ice. They're back on the bench now talking things through, but something is up. #NYR
With Zibanejad being such a valuable asset to the New York Rangers, and with the Rangers looking to secure another victory, this isn't good news!
Here's a look at the moment before Zibanejad had to be helped off the ice and headed down to the locker room:

However, good news is that. Zibanejad has returned to the Rangers bench after about four minutes of play in the second period, but the reason behind why he left still remains unknown at the moment.
Mika Zibanejad is back on the Rangers bench, having missed about four and a half minutes of game time.
Hopefully it's nothing serious that Zibanejad is dealing with and it won't affect him for the remainder of the game. As the Rangers currently need everyone on the bench as they are tied 2-2 against the Jets.
