23 players hit the waiver wire as the NHL's 2024-25 regular season approaches
The National Hockey League's preseason is definitely a rough time for many players as they work frantically on trying to make rosters that are pretty much already completed.
Despite the excitement that follows the NHL preseason, many players experience an unfortunate fate as their organizations pretty much tell them they're not ready for the big league yet and place them on waivers.
With the NHL regular season approaching very soon, many organizations are starting to narrow down their training camp rosters, as today 23 players were placed on waivers.
