The Director of Hockey Operations for the Youngstown Phantoms of the USHL, Robert Acri has been arrested on a misdemeanour prostitution charge over the weekend.

According to recent reports, Acri was arrested in a sting operation, after authorities posed and advertised as prostitutes that would perform sexual act for $100. Acri allegedly showed up to the scene and was arrested by the police immediately.
The Youngstown Phantoms have released a statement, stating that they have suspended Acri until further notice:
«The Phantoms have learned that an employee has been arrested on misdemeanor prostitution charges. He has been suspended by the team pending an investigation. Our primary concern will always be the safety of our players, and we will continue to monitor the situation as it develops."
Unfortunately only time will tell what will happen from this situation, as this is only a misdemeanour charge it won't come with harsh penalties, but definitely a situation that may ruin Acri's career.
