Famous actor Keanu Reeves officially returns and signs professional hockey contract
Famous actor Keanu Reeves will officially lace his skates back up after signing contract with the OHL.
The «John Wick» actor signed a one-day contract with the Ontario Hockey League's Windsor Spitfires on Thursday.
Reeves, who grew up in Toronto, was a prospect of the organization when he was teenager but unfortunately couldn't continue playing due to injury.
The Windsor Spitfires announced that Reeves was added to their roster, along with him signing his contract and representing his new jersey.
It was also announced that the organization will be auctioning off all signed items by the famous actor with the proceeds being donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association of Windsor-Essex.
Back in 1986, Reeves landed his first movie role as a hockey goalie in the film «Youngblood» that featured a teenager trying to make to the NHL.
Love to see Reeves return to his childhood dream.
