Sean Higgins faces severe legal issues as new info emerges in the Gaudreau brothers case
Sean Higgins, the drunk driver who murdered Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau faces serious jail time and the detail are now revealed.
The hockey community lost both Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau, the two brothers, two fathers and two people who were loved by so many, when they were struck while on their bikes by Sean Higgins who was intoxicated while driving, the night before their little sisters wedding.
43-year old Sean Higgins will remain in jail until his court hearing in September 13th, and a recent report surfaced from someone who is more familiar with the law, stated Higgins is facing much more time than just a week.
The report came from a user on X, saying that Higgins is facing two counts of vehicular homicide, and with just those two charges he could see up to 20 years behind bars.
It was also reported that Higgins could have a cash bail set between $50,000-$100,000.
