The Arizona Coyotes have traded Jason Zucker.

The Nashville Predators were eager to strike a deal with Arizona to acquire Zucker, in return for draft compensation.

TSN's Pierre LeBrun recently confirmed the deal went through, making fans wonder about the possibilities of their newly received 2024 sixth-round draft pick.

No salary retention was not included for Arizona.

Zucker was originally signed on a $5.3 million deal for one year.

With a performance of 9 goals, 16 assists across 51 games, he has notably lost some strength in relation to his previous season with the Pittsburgh Penguins, where he scored 27 goals and 21 assists.

"Jason Zucker from Arizona to Nashville."

Arizona was infamously on a 14 game losing streak, which has become their worst streak in Arizona history.

From January to February, it seemed as though losing was their only option.

Although their luck as slightly turned around, its in the midst of the upcoming trade deadline that fans are waiting to see their true potential shine.

After attempting a major overhaul of the team, a couple of key trades is what Arizona his trying to do in order to change their strategy around and come out on top.

Young talent with high growth potential over the next few seasons should change things up enough for the Coyotes, including 2022's #3 overall pick Logan Cooley.

2021's 9th overall pick Dylan Guenther is another notable name picked up by the Coyotes.

In due time, the outcome of these planned changes will let Arizona fans know if they are headed on the right track or not.
