Recent reports confirm 7-foot tall forward officially commits to the NCAA
An absolute beast of a player who stands at 7 feet tall, weighing 251-pounds has officially committed to Penn State.
Penn State is known for being a consistent powerhouse team in the NCAA for a while now, and now they have made a bigger statement by adding 16-year old forward Alexander Karmanov.
Recent reports confirm that Alexander Karmanov has signed a commitment to play for Penn State in the upcoming season.
Penn State has received a commitment from Russian 2008-born forward Alexander Carmanov.
Without a doubt this kid has a giant presence on the ice, as he stances a 6'11 without skates, and weights 251 pounds, which is already bigger then Zdeno Chara who was 6'9, and Rangers rookie, Matt Rempe who is 6'8.5.
Because people cannot get enough of Alexander Karmanov, some skating clips via Instagram. Have not seen a 7'0 hockey player before but I'd guess this is decent skating for that height.
Many fans across the hockey community are excited to see this youngster play at the College level.
