The last two weeks, the Rangers have been a bit unlucky when it comes to their faces getting hit with pucks. First Barclay Goodrow, in the 6-2 loss to the Ottawa Senators, takes friendly fire from K'Andre Miller. Today during practice, Jimmy Vesey was the latest player to be struck in the face by a puck.

Head coach Peter Laviolette said Jimmy Vesey got hit by a rebound off the crossbar.

It came off the crossbar, quick and hard, and totally unexpected. I'm certainly hoping he's OK, but I don't have a full update. We have yet to hear an update on Vesey and his status.
