Brett Berard's future with the New York Rangers was just confirmed following latest statement
New York Rangers head coach Peter Laviolette has just confirmed rookie forward's future with the organization and it's not looking good.
After a very successful first stint with the Rangers, rookie forward Brett Berard was sent back down to the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League on Friday.
UPDATE: Bo Groulx has been recalled from the Hartford Wolf Pack and Brett Berard has been assigned to the Hartford Wolf Pack.
However, head coach Peter Laviolette had a ton of positive things to say about Berard, but indicated that he would remain in the American Hockey League with that Wolf Pack to further develop.

The 22-year old forward has managed to tally three goals, and four assists for a total of seven points in just 19 games with the New York Rangers while averaging 11:20 minutes of ice time.
Berard has showed a ton of promise through his short time in New York and it should only be a matter of time before he is back with the New York Rangers.
