Chris Drury provides update after making several cuts from training camp: 43 Players Remain

The New York Rangers have made a roster cut, yesterday that sent several players to the Hartford Wolf Pack.

The cut consisted of the team sending several players to Hartford, to be reassigned to the AHL, as training camp begins on September 29th.

Of those who were sent to the AHL were: Alex Belzile, Ben Harpur, and Jake Leschyshyn after they were all placed on waivers.

On Waivers today:

PHI: Attard, Belpedio, Gardner
OTT: Hodgson, Reinhardt, Rees, Pilon, Matinpalo, Guenette, Davies
SEA: Henman, Brouillard
CBJ: Sawchenko
NYR: Leschyshyn, Harpur, Belzile
VAN: Woo, Brisebois

Today, NHL insider Elliotte Friedman has confirmed that all players that were placed on waivers have cleared, and will indeed return to the Wolf Pack.

After all this New York Rangers President and General Manager Chris Drury has updated the list of the players that still remain. As the Rangers now have 43 players remaining in trading camp.
