Concerning statement issued as Rangers defenseman misses 3rd practice
Major concern is starting to rise as New York Rangers Defensemen Ryan Lindgren did not join the team for their morning practice for the third time now.
As Ranger are gearing out to face the Florida Panthers in the Eastern Conference Finals, it's crucial to make sure everyone is 100 percent ready, as they face each other for Game 1 on Wednesday May 22nd.
But now speculation swirls as Lindgren missed three practices in a row, leaving many fans wondering if there's more to the story.
NHL insider Dan Rosen confirmed Lindgren is out for this morning practice due to another maintenance' day.
Ryan Lindgren (maintenance) is not practicing again, the third day in a row. He didn't skate in the optional Sunday, didn't skate in the full team practice yesterday and he's not skating today.
There still hasn't been any official word o if there an underlying issue as to why he's missing, however Lindgren is still a part of the the Rangers defensive core so it's crucial for him to be ready for the Eastern Conference finals.
