Full line brawl erupts after Rangers get the opening goal of game 2
The New York Rangers get the opening goal as they face off against the Florida Panthers for game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals resulting in tempers boiling over.
The Rangers bounce back early from a tough 3-0 loss in game 1, Vincent Trocheck managed to score on Sergei Bobrovsky less than five minutes into the game leaving the Panthers to lash out.
With The Panthers trying to be a pest after the first goal and the Rangers not backing down things got heated quickly, however the referees did hand out minor penalties for roughing to Matthew Tkachuk and Carter Verhaeghe of the Panthers along with Rangers Alexis Lafreniere. Initially giving the Rangers a power play.
As the first period comes to an end the game is currently tied at 1-1, hopefully the Rangers come out more confident and aggressive for the second.
