Goodrow Gives Update On Jaw Injury And Change In Lifestyle
Some reporters chatted with Barclay Goodrow after the morning skate, whose face remains quite swollen.
Apparently he didn't lose any teeth, but required stitches and clearly had some scary medical issues in his mouth.
Unfortunately, Goodrow won't be able to eat solid food for a month.
"Liquids for a month. So it's just trying to figure out how to get protein and everything I need in different forms other than solid."
Here is the hit to the face he took last Tuesday:
That looked like a tooth to me, but Goodrow says it wasn't.
"I don't know. A part of my mouth that should still be in my mouth, maybe."
It's going to be a rough month for him.
