Peter Laviolette says His Return From Injury Is Fast Approaching!

Kaapo Kakko is close to shedding his non-contact jersey, Peter Laviolette said. There weren't many restrictions on him today at the morning skate.

The Rangers haven't looked the same defensively since Kakko went down in the 5-1 loss against the Buffalo Sabres on November 27th.

Although his offensive capabilities have struggled this season, defensively he has been an incredible asset.
