Major Health Update Strikes Rangers Kaapo Kakko
The Rangers have had an intense practice today, and Kaapo Kakko was seen with a yellow color jersey instead of the red, no contact jersey.
At first no one knew what that color meant, as he is the only player on the ice with that jersey.
Until the rest of the other players were split up in blue, white and red. Guessing Peter Laviolette has some kind of practice plan that required three different teams.
The yellow jersey remains a no contact jersey for Kakko.
His status for Thursday against the St. Louis Blues is still up in the air.
Here is the Rangers record before and after Kakko's injury.
This team has needed his defense, and he hopefully will be out on the ice soon.
