New York Rangers own Chris Kreider's Milestone for the 2024-2025 NHL Season
At the end of Chris Kreider's NHL career, we should without question see #20 raised to the rafters in Madison Square Garden. He remains one of the best players to be drafted by the Rangers.
He is a rarity as a homegrown talent, who has turned into a star for the team.
He will have multiple milestones that could be reached this season, as a Ranger. If he plays all 82 games this season he will hit a milestone of sixth most games played for the franchise in history.
He only missed four games in the last three seasons and this could bode well if he plays a full season.
He can also become the second-highest goal scorer in franchise history if he scores 32 goals this season.
This is after Kreider scored 30 goals a piece over the past three seasons with the Rangers.
He can also pass Camille Henry in power-play goals if he scores only six power-play goals this season. He'll be sitting first place in power-play goals for the franchise, should he accomplish what could be the easiest milestone of them all.
In 82 games last season, he scored 75 points( 39 G, 36 A) 18 of those goals in 2023-2024 have come on the power-play.
