Panarin Continues His Scorching Pace For The Best Team!
Artemi Panarin continues to be the best player for the team in the 3-2 win over the Detroit Red Wings last night!
Panarin registered a goal with three shots on goal!
He is the second Ranger in the past 30 years to record a season-opening home point streak of at least nine games, joining Wayne Gretzky back in the 1996-1997 season.
Artemi Panarin now has 12 goals in 21 games this season. Last season it took him 44 games, from the beginning of the season to January 15th, to reach 12 goals.
He is currently on pace for 121 points for the season. He spoke to Jonny Lazarus about getting set up instead of being the playmaker on his line, here is what he had to say.
"Feel nice, but usually I miss the easy ones haha. I just got to hit the net you know."
Artemi Panarin was also asked if he's talked to Patrick Kane since he signed with Detroit.
"We're not friends anymore.
Good to see Artemi Panarin has a sense of humor to go along with his great skills!
