Peter Laviolette On Changing Lineup After Thursday's Loss
Head coach, Peter Laviolette, has spoken to media earlier about potentially switching up the lines after Thursday night 4-1 loss to the Nashville Predators.
Molly Walker, on X, singles out his quote on if he was tempted after the disappointing loss.
My opinion, it's still too early to consider changing the lines, especially since it has shown some success throughout a mixed start.
Thankfully, it sounds like Laviolette will be sticking to the lines he's worked with so far.
The only change is who is on net, with Jonathan Quick taking the start over Igor Shesterkin for tonight's game after taking over for the Predators game, swatting away nine out of nine shots faced to leave them goalless the remainder of the game.
Let's see how he does in his first full start for the Rangers' tonight against the Seattle Kraken, at the Climate Pledge Arena, in Seattle.
