Rangers Makes A New Recall In Wake Of Kakko Injury
The Rangers have recalled two players from the Hartford Wolf Pack.
Both are forwards, Jonny Brodzinski, and Adam Edstrom.
This isn't the first time Brodzinski has been recalled to the team. It is however, for Adam Edström.
He was selected by the Rangers in the sixth round of the 2019 NHL Draft with the 161st pick of the draft.
Adam Edström has scored nine points in 18 games in his first full season with the Wolf Pack.
With these moves, it affirms Kaapo Kakko will miss significant time off the team with the leg injury he sustained from the 5-1 loss against the Buffalo Sabres yesterday.
Defenseman Connor Mackey has also been reassigned back to the Wolf Pack.
Making it very likely now that Adam Fox will return to the team tomorrow against the Detroit Red Wings. Here are the transactions from CapFriendly:
We will update with more information as they become available.
