Schneider Uses An Odd Word While Describing Rangers Struggles
The Rangers will hopefully get on track tomorrow against the St. Louis Blues.
Braden Schneider talks about the Rangers getting back to details given their recent struggles and uses an odd word to describe their mistakes:
"We made some big ouchies and they cost us."
"Big ouchies"? I suppose.
The Rangers have been playing inconsistent hockey for a month now. They're 8-7-1 in their last 16, with Monday's ugly loss to the Canucks.
The biggest issue is team defense. The Rangers have given up five or more goals nine times this year.
They only did that six times in all of 2022-23.
If the Rangers can get this straighten out and limiting some "ouchies", they will be back to taking the second half of the season by storm.
