Terrible news strikes the New York Rangers as they lose two of their top defenders to devastating injuries

The New York Rangers are currently facing off against the New York Islanders and were finally having themselves a great night as they've been dominating in all areas and currently hold a 5-1 lead.

Unfortunately the Rangers night has took a very devastating turn as several defenseman started to get injured. It started with K'Andre Miller as he suffered a mysterious lower-body injury and was ruled out for the remainder of the night.

Then things got worse as defenseman Adam Fox took a nasty tumble and landed on his shoulder resulting in him quickly leaving the ice hunched over in a lot of pain.

Shortly after that Braden Schneider exited the game and headed towards the locker room after blocking a shot. Leaving the New York Rangers with only three defenders.

Thankfully Schneider returned to the ice. However Adam Fox did not and was ruled out with an upper-body injury.

The New York Rangers managed to take the 5-1 victory at the end of the night, but lost two defenseman that they really can't afford to lose at this time.
