The NHL Tortures Us With Only One Game On Tonight
The NHL decided to make the decision to have only a single game on tonight, The Montreal Canadians, against the Buffalo Sabres.
While tomorrow, they will have all 32 teams play, 16 games total.
The single game process repeats again Wednesday, with 11 games played on Thursday.
I guess the only logic that comes with this is they don't want to compete with Monday night football.
But last Monday they had five games on, and next Monday will have nine games. So that doesn't make any sense.
Social media is also calling out this imbalanced schedule.
Even fans of some West coast teams are opposed to this as well due to staying up really late to watch their favorite teams play.
Hopefully the NHL resolves this eventually. The more hockey we get spread evenly throughout the week, the better.
The Rangers' will next play among one of the 16 NHL games tomorrow, October 24 against the Calgary Flames, Scotiabank Saddledome, in Calgary.
The Rangers' road to a franchise 3,000th victory is 15 more wins. They are currently at 2,985.
