Phil Kessel's Career in the NHL is Officially Done
Phil Kessel was recently spotted on the ice with the Abbotsford Canucks which has caused rumors regarding the 36-year-old signing with the Vancouver Canucks.
News was officially announced yesterday that Phil Kessel will no longer be playing in the NHL, the Canucks had until the deadline to sign Phil Kessel but they decided to not move forward with the forward.
Canucks are done. Not signing Phil Kessel.
If Phil Kessel's career is officially done, it has one fantastic career for the American-born winger. Kessel has won 3 Stanley Cups, played in 1,286 games while putting up 992 points, he has hit the 20 goal-mark 12 times and also put up more than 50 points in a season 12 times throughout his career.
