New York Rangers biggest divisional rivals receive some devastating injury news as their goalie Jacob Markstrom exited Wednesday nights game against the Boston Bruins.

Following the game Devils head coach Sheldon Keefe provided a devastating update by revealing that Jacob Markstrom will indeed be sidelined with an injury.

No full update on Jacob Markstrom, per Sheldon Keefe.

Said he's in good spirits and he's feeling a lot better now than he was before, but he's going to miss some time.

Truly a significant loss for the Devils as Markstrom has been on fire this season as he has posted a 2.20 GAA and a save percentage of .912 in just 36 games (21 W, 9 L)

But now, it all depends of the severity of his injury and how long he will actually have to miss.
