The worst is confirmed for Rangers forward after exiting game 2 early
Ryan Lomberg of the Florida Panthers has forced Rangers forward Jimmy Vesey out of game 2 with a brutal hit.
The Rangers and Panthers are both showing a physical and chippy game tonight. however, Ryan Lomberg laid a brutal hit on Jimmy Vesey at 11:48 of the second period leaving him heading to the dressing room at the stoppage at 12:15.
It was later announced that Rangers forward Jimmy Vesey would not return for the rest of game due to an upper-body injury.
As of now the game will be heading into overtime with the score sitting at 1-1, hoping the Rangers can come out victorious and tie up the series.
