Former OHL legend and wife both victims is Oshawa double homicide

More tragic news strikes as this past weekend a former OHL legend Patrick Montgomery and his wife Andrieana were both murdered.
The Oshawa police have officially arrested 30-year old Mark Gordon who has been charger with double homicide.
The Durham Regional Police have released a statement:
42-year-old Patrick Montgomery and 42-year-old Andrieana Montgomery have been identified as the victims in yesterday's homicide.
The accused has been identified as 30-year-old Mark Gordon.
Mark Gordon, age 30 of Oshawa has been charged with First Degree Murder x2.
He has been held for a Bail Hearing.
The accused is known to both victims however the motive behind the murders is still under investigation. This is not a domestic-related incident.
Police will be in the area and ask anyone with information to come forward.
Anyone with cell phone, dashcam, surveillance footage or information about this incident is asked to contact Det. Dorego of the Homicide Unit at 905-579-1520 ext. 5319.
Anonymous information can be sent to Durham Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 and tipsters may be eligible for a $2,000 cash reward.

Male and Female Killed in Oshawa
Both victims, Patrick and Andrieana were 42-years old. The 30-year old Mark Gordon was mentioned as not a risk to the public, due to the fact Gordon knew both of the Montgomery's.
Patrick Montgomery was a former Oshawa Generals player, and without a doubt the team and community are in mourning. Many fans have consider Patrick to be a «legend» as the tragic news circulates on social media.
