Panthers part owner makes disgusting comments on special needs
It's always standard practice in any company whether it's an NHL owner or the employee who works for them to keep their code of conduct clear and proper.
This certainly was not the case when Florida Panthers partner an alternative governor Doug Cifu took to X, formally known as Twitter and gave a disgusting statement towards special needs.
Cifu, has one of the highest roles within the Panthers organization as he is the vice chairman, partner an alternative governor along with being the CEO of Virtu Financial.
These kinds of comments have no place on the Internet or anywhere for that matter.
It's unclear who he was talking to or referring to but one thing is clear that this should be reviewed by the NHL with Billy Daly and Gary Bettman along with his partner Panthers owner Vincent Viola.
It's uncertain what kind of reprimand he will face whether it's an apology, donating some money toward special needs but something certainly needs to be done in this type of behavior is not needed.
