Lundqvist Back In Rangers Uniform Ahead Of Legends Game
Chills, just chills watching the greatest goaltender in Rangers history in practice as he prepares for the Hockey Hall Of Fame Legends Game in a couple of weeks.
Henrik Lundqvist will be playing in his first game since 2020, when he last played for the Rangers.
He signed a one year deal with the Washington Capitals, but was unable to play due to an open heart surgery that forced him to retire.
Now he's back on the ice and he looks fantastic!
Here, Henrik Lundqvist is rocking a custom jersey made from Bauer Hockey, which he will be wearing during the game.
Also the moment we have been waiting for, him in action. I'll just show you the video here:
This is incredible to see. Here he is practicing, blocking shots, with the same stance as we remember seeing in the golden days with him in front of the net.
It doesn't look like he lost a step one bit.
We will finally be able to see King Henrik Lundqvist back in action Sunday, November 12, at Scotiabank Arena, in Toronto.
