Desperate Time Calls For Desperate Lines
Nothing is going right for the Rangers' right now in their game against the Nashville Predators. Currently losing 4-1.
Head coach, Peter Laviolette is changing things up in the third period.
He pulls out Igor Shesterkin in favor of Jonathan Quick's first appearance for the Rangers', once they went down 4-0, but it's difficult to put this loss on him.
The Rangers' have been sloppy and undisciplined, getting penalized in momentum crushing moments.
It also looks like Laviolette is changing up lines, moving down Alexis Lafreniere to the third line, and bringing Will Cuylle to the second.
The only time the Rangers' have score was on a 5v3 power play goal by Adam Fox to cut the deficit 4-1.
Update. The Rangers' have lost 4-1, dropping their record to 2-2. Will offer my post game opinion in a bit. This is a disappointing loss.
