Exciting announcement has been made regarding Rangers starting goalie Igor Shesterkin
New York Rangers superstar finds himself at the top of an unexpected ranking.
New York Rangers starting goalie Igor Shesterkin has a 92 overall rating for the EA Sports NHL25 video game, which is the second highest rating amongst all the goalie in the league.
The only goalie that was rated higher was Winnipeg Hets goalie Connor Hellebuyck with a rating of a 93 overall.
Along with that there is a few other noticeable goalie that were ranked below Shesterkin, Andrei Vasilevskiy ranked at 3rd with a 92 as well, Thatcher Demko at 4th with a 91, then followed by Jake Oettinger at 5th with a 90.
There's no surprise that Shesterkin was rated amongst the top 3 goalies, as this past season he managed to record 33 wins in 55 games played, 4 being SO, and finished with a 2.58 GAA and a .913 save percentage.
