Former New York Rangers forward Filip Chytil issues an emotional statement while issuing his final farewell message to the organization and all their fans.
The New York Rangers and Vancouver Canucks have recently combined for a blockbuster trade, which saw J.T. Miller go to the Rangers, and Filip Chytil to the Canucks. Ever since Chytil showed up in Vancouver he has fully embraced the challenge.
Filip Chytil speaks out on joining the Vancouver Canucks organization
Filip Chytil recently spoke out about the trade and how he truly felt about being apart of the Canucks organization, Here's what he said if you missed it:
«When I arrived and I saw the setup we've got here, the locker room, and then the next day I saw all the guys and all the people around, it was so nice. Everyone welcomed me. From day one, they've been so nice to me, helping me so much. It's great. I really appreciate it from them.»
«I was very happy that I could play that many minutes both games,» Chytil told Daily Hive in an exclusive interview. «In my career so far, I didn't play [as] many minutes like the last two games.»

On Tuesday afternoon Chytill finally issued his statement on Instagram, thanking the Rangers organization and all their fans.
«I would like to thank everyone in the New York Rangers organization, especially my teammates, staff members and the fans for support throughout the last 7 years. There are a lot of great memories which I will keep with me for the rest of my life.
But, now I am enjoying every single minute in Vancouver and can't describe how happy I am to be part of the Canucks organization!»
