Chris Kreider and Mika Zibanejad's relationship will be tenuous this week, as the two will be competitors on opposite sides of the ice.

The dynamic duo will be torn apart as they will face off against each other in the Four Nations Face-Off tournament.
This is the first year the NHL has held a tournament of this nature, since 2016. Then, it was called the World Cup of Hockey, and the countries involved looked quite different.
Now, as they both suit up for Team USA, and Sweden the duo who know each other's game like the back of their hand should make for an interesting competition.
«I think [Mika Zibanejad] knows all of my tricks,» Kreider said, via Mollie Walker of The New York Post. «Unfortunately, his bag of tricks is a lot deeper than mine. Not sure how often I'm going to be on the ice against him, he's kind of on whole other level.»

Zibanejad and Kreider have been teammates on the Rangers for close to a decade when Mika arrived in 2016.
Their friendship has endured this long, and it'll be amusing to see how tenacious the two will fight on the ice as Sweden takes on Team USA on Monday, February 17th prior to the end of the tournament.
