New York Rangers defenseman, K'Andre Miller, is a player who still has a tremendous amount of upside.

The 23-year-old is now in his fourth year with the Rangers, and is still capable of getting better.

Since Miller joined the team in the 2020-2021 season as a rookie, he scored five goals, and accumulated 12 points in 53 games.

Last season, he scored nine goals and 43 points total, gradually improving offensively year after year while improving his defensive abilities, becoming more of a presence on the ice against opposing teams.

It makes you wonder how much more Miller will improve this season and the foreseeable future, but he isn't too concern with that, focusing on sticking to the present and not ponder about the future.

Which is a great mindset. He spoke with Vince Z. Mercogliano on this mindset:

"I don't really think about it in terms of the next step. I try to stay in the moment as much as I can and focus on the right now. I've found that when I think about the future, or think about the past, it brings down my now. When you can try to stay in the present and stay within your lane, your vision, I think that's always good."

Miller and the Rangers will play the Nashville Predators tonight, at Madison Square Garden, looking to improve to 3-1.
