Peter Laviolette Challenges Team In The Final Stretch Of The Season
The Rangers have only 10 games left of the season.
They have already clinched a spot in the playoffs, but still have much to play before the season is over.
The Eastern Conference crown, and the President Trophy is still up for grabs, and the Rangers still lead the charge.
Head coach Peter Laviolette talks about the Rangers approach staying consistent after they clinched a playoff spot and not taking their foot off the gas:
"Nothing changes for us from now until the time is up. We're going to attack every game and do our best. That's the focus tonight, is to make sure that we play the right way, that we're doing the right things that we collect the two months and we move on. I think that that's important heading down the stretch and certainly will be important in the playoffs, as well."
The Rangers will face off against their most formidable opponent remaining in the season, the Colorado Avalanche tonight.
