The New York Rangers organization have announced another move that indicates a massive trade is on the horizon involving one of their veteran forwards.
However, it appears that General Manager Chris Drury isn't done making moves as a veteran forward Reilly Smith will be held out of tonight's lineup for «roster management», but several reports have confirmed it is related to trade reasonings.

Along with that, it was revealed that the New York Rangers were shopping the veteran forward, as several teams have shown plenty of interest in him. Including his former team the Vegas Golden Knights, where he won the Stanley Cup back in the 2023 season.
The 33-year old forward has been a solid player for the New York Rangers this season as he has managed to tally 10 goals and 19 assists for a total of 29 points in 58 games played.
It will be interesting to see what the Rangers will end up doing, as the NHL Trade Deadline is only five days away and they have already moved Kaapo Kakko, Filip Chytil, Ryan Lindgren and Jimmy Vesey.
