New York Rangers veteran linked to the Boston Bruins

The Boston Bruins broke the Maple Leafs' hearts in Game 7 in the First Round after beating them in overtime.
They then lost to the Florida Panthers in the second round, where the Panthers went on to win the Stanley Cup.
Well, the Bruins are looking to go at it again. They've added Elias Lindholm and Nikita Zadorov, but Boston may not stop there.
Rumors have it that the Bruins are looking at veteran forward Blake Wheeler, who spent the year on the New York Rangers.
Wheeler had a solid, yet injury riddled 2023-24 season. Wheeler had 21 points in only 54 games played.
Blake at the age of 36 may still have it as a third or fourth liner depending on your needs, but isn't how he was on the Winnipeg Jets.
Wheeler would be good for the Bruins on a bottom six pairing.
