As the Rangers enter the All-Star break and still on the top of the metro division, Rangers management continues to do a great job with their prospects and drafting great talent.

One such talent is Bryce McConnell Barker who plays for the Ontario Hockey League's Soo Greyhounds.
He was welcomed back to the lineup as the greyhounds faced off against the Sarnia Sting.
On December 10th he was hit in the head while in a collision with Sawyer Boulton of the London Knights.
As the game went on, the 19-year-old centre picked up where he left off and potted the game winner for the Greyhounds.
Bryce McConnell Barker, is hoping to duplicate or surpass his total from last season having played 68 games, scoring 30 goals with 47 assists for 77 points.
During this season, he has played 32 games has had thirteen goals with 20 assists for 33 points and has 16 penalty minutes.
The six foot two 194 LB centre was selected in the 2022 entry draft, in the third round, 97th overall.
According to eliteprospects.com he has an excellent supporting game and he's also very strong on the defensive and offensive side.
He can have a shutdown game and has a high IQ and sound positioning.
Perhaps next season he may be on the Rangers roster as the team will continue to search for depth in their centre position.
