Brady Tkachuk heading to New York this offseason? Recent reports have just confirmed it

The York Rangers are ready to make a massive splash this offseason after they have just revamped their roster to try and get back into the playoff race, with several big names being trade, along with big names being acquired.
The offseason will undoubtedly be a hectic one for the New York Rangers as several veterans have emerged as trade candidates, like Chris Kreider, Mika Zibanejad and even Artemi Panarin, it will be tough as one has a modified no-trade clause and the other two have a full no-movement clause.
However, according to Arthur Staple of the Athletic, if Brady Tkachuk would ever want to leave the Ottawa Senators organization, the New York Rangers would be prepared to go all in for him.
«There's Brady Tkachuk, but let's not get anyone in trouble talking too much about him. If he ever expressed a desire to leave the Ottawa Senators, though, the Rangers would be pushing to get to the front of the line, no question.»
The Rangers just recently got a closeup look at what Tkachuk can do, as he netted the overtime winner against the Rangers this past weekend.
Tkachuk still has three years remaining on his 7-year, $8.2 million AAV contract with the Ottawa Senators, but rumours have been speculating all season.
Recently Brady expressed plenty of sadness over the weekend when the Senators traded one of his best friends, Josh Norris, in a deadline day deal with the Buffalo Sabres for Dylan Cozens.
Tkachuk has 26 goals and 49 points in 60 games this season, and is on pace for his fourth straight 30+ goal year.
Tkachuk would certainly add a level of grittiness that the New York Rangers desperately need, and if you add that with J.T. Millers style of play, it would take the team to whole other level.
