Unexpected Rangers forward stuns fans as he takes on interesting new role within the organization

Unexpected New York Rangers forward is transforming into a much needed two-way forward as his role with the New York Rangers quickly changes.
At the beginning of the season Rangers forward Will Cuylle's offensive game was very noticeable as he clearly improved his skills from his rookie campaign.
Cuylle has managed to already score 13 goals and 13 assists in 47 games, which is the same amount of goals he had has the entirety of last season.
However, recently Cuylle hasn't been contributing much on the offensive end, instead the 22-year old forward has impressively transformed into a two-way forward.
For the last handful of games, Will Cuylle has played on a line with Mika Zibanejad and Reilly Smith, while alongside these two players, Cuylle shifted his focus from offense to defense.
«I think every game we are getting a little bit better,» Cuylle said about his line with Zibanejad and Smith. «I like playing with them.
It has been more of a defensive role, playing against other teams top lines for the most part. I like the challenge . A little bit more ice time, so good for me personally.»

Without a doubt there is a lot of pressure that comes with playing against the opponents top line, and it's something Cullye continues to adjust to.
«You kind of gotta know who you are on the ice against,» Cuylle said. «Obviously other team's top lines have fast players. You gotta try to limit the turnovers, Just little things like that.»
Given all of the 22-year olds talent, he will be able to accomplish anything as he continues to transform into a legitimate defensive threat in the National Hockey League.
