Video: New York Rangers fans get harassed by rivals at UBS arena
Today, we present you with a video of New York Islanders fans having a normal one on "X".
They were brash enough to film not only two Rangers fans who dared to walk into the UBS Arena after paying for tickets, to watch their team play.
The penalty kill also might be even worse than last year. And as previously noted, the Islanders have blown 90% of the leads they've gotten so far. They keep dropping points to the teams they should beat, games where you look back later in the season and say «Man, if only they closed out that game against the Devils instead of somehow snatching a regulation loss out of it, or the Sharks game at home that went from 4-1 to 4-4 in six minutes and then a 5-4 OT loss, they'd be in a lot better shape.»
But all the while, they had to put up with two Islanders fans, who would instead of minding their own business, plaster it on the web, like it was something worth watching.
Pathetic.
Is this supposed to be a joke? Cause last time I checked, the Islanders with Patrick Roy behind the bench are: 6-6-3, and 5th in the Metropolitan Division.
This isn't the same squad from Barry Trotz's era, which would give the prime Tampa Bay Lightning and Boston Bruins trouble.
They're a bottom-dwelling team in a division, that has been hollowed out, and your own team is suffering from a multitude of injuries that will keep them out of the postseason.
The list is as follows: Matthew Barzal, Anthony Duclair, Alexander Romanov, Adam Pelech, and Mike Reilly.
Since Duclair went down with his injury, the team has gone (counting the win in Montreal) 5-5-1.
Sweet summer child, Ilya Sorokin and Bo Horvat aren't going the save this team from devastation and an early elimination from a playoff berth.
Anyways you have the New York Sirens as an option for a winning squad.
