The New York Rangers have received some good news during Tuesday mornings practice.

Yesterday morning the New York Rangers received some troubling new as defenseman Ryan Lindgren was missing from practice due to maintenance.

Ryan Lindgren is out today for maintenance reasons NYR

However, news like this is not always bad, but it sure was concerning considering Lindgren is still recovering from his jaw injury, and it was the day before the Rangers face off against the best team in the NHL, the Winnipeg Jets.

Lindgren has always been a key contributor to the Rangers defensive core so losing him before a crucial game wouldn't be ideal at all.

Despite all this, Rangers reporter Vince Z. Mercogliano delivered good news that Ryan Lindgren returned to the New York Rangers morning skate and appears to be good to play tonight against the Jets.

Lindgren is on the ice for the #NYR morning skate. Looks like he's a go.

Truly some news the Rangers needed as it's important to have everyone prepared and healthy for tonight's game at 7:00PM E.T

In 2023-2024, Lindgren played 76 games with the Rangers and managed to tally 17 points (14 goals, and 3 goals)

For the 2024-25 season the 26-year old defenseman has only played in 8 out of the 13 games due to his jaw injury, maybe tonight he can put up some more points.
