NHL Player Getting Suspended For Sports Betting, First Time In League History
A suspension is going to be announced for Ottawa Senators center, Shane Pinto, for sports betting.
This will be the first suspension from sports gambling in league history.
Update: The NHL have announced they will be suspending Pinto for 41 games.
Apparently this has been in the works for several weeks now, as he remained unsigned and hasn't played a game yet thus far.
