Devastating news strikes as Oregon Ducks goalie Henry Bradford sadly passes at 22
Saddened news strike the hockey community as the University of Oregon announced that their goalie Henry Bradford passed away.
22-year old Bradford sadly passed on Friday, but the news was only announced on Sunday. Truly some devastating news, as his teammates noted how great of a person «Hank» was, and how much he was loved by their program.
The cause of death still remains unknown, at this time. However the Oregon Ducks organization have released a heartbreaking statement on their social media:
"We are heartbroken to share that our Senior goaltender, Henry ''Hank'' Bradford unexpectedly passed away on Friday, September 20th 2024. Hank was an incredibly kind and thoughtful man with a contagious laugh and an amazing sense of humor. As great a goalie as he was, Hank was an even better human. He was the perfect example of treating people how you want to be treated, never missing an opportunity to call someone "sir or ma'am."
Hank, your mustache and last second splits will go down in Oregon hockey history forever. We'll miss you #1."
On behalf of everyone at NY Rangers insider, we send our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Henry Bradford, as they navigate through this difficult time.
