NHL Player's agent Judd Moldaver sat down with the Spittin Chiclets and gave his vision on one trait that all great NHL players have.

He feels that consistency is the best trade any player could have to make them great and have a long lasting career in the NHL.

The influential agent has netted himself quite the career representing players in the NHS including superstars Auston Matthews of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Connor McDavid of the Edmonton Oilers.

He currently works for Wasserman hockey as the senior vice president which was previously run by Oilers CEO Jeff Jackson.

Judd Moldaver currently holds 17 players in his portfolio with a total value of $356,233,998 in salaries.

The 43-year-old also had a playing career as he played four seasons from 2000 through 2004 for Colby College in the NCAA.

Judd Moldaver also had a love for the game of hockey as he grew up in the city of Toronto and explained how perfect it was that his player in Auston Matthews was drafted by the Maple Leafs.

«No doubt, from growing up as a Torontonian, I know what the Maple Leafs mean to the city of Toronto and province of Ontario and Leafs fans around the country,» Moldaver said. «I lived through that mentality. You can call it serendipity, or luck, that of all the places Auston got drafted it was the city of Toronto.

With only being in his early 40s and already holding on to two of the best players in the league, it remains to be seen on how high his career will go and who else he will retain as their agent.
